LOSS OF EARNINGS RAF REPORTS
We calculate the present value of the loss of earnings suffered by an individual due to injuries sustained in a road accident. This entails comparing the proposed career trajectory and earnings had the accident not occurred with the career trajectory and earnings now that the accident occurred.
LOSS OF SUPPORT RAF REPORTS
We calculate the present value of the loss of support suffered by dependants as a result of a breadwinner's death caused by a road accident. The loss of support of each dependant is the difference between their expected share of the combined family earnings before the deceased's death and their expected share of the remaining family earnings without the deceased's earnings.
